Breaking Barriers/Rompiendo Barreras is a tool for Spanish-speaking persons who are incarcerated. Created by students of an ESL class offered by the Syracuse City School District and the Onondaga County Sheriffs Department, the phrase book contains phrases commonly used in facilities of incarceration and the Spanish translation of those phrases.
