The Hudson River Center for Program Development, Inc. is actively exploring the use of technology for our educational resources. Through funding by the New York State Education Department we have developed a manual to help adult educators utilize the Internet for instruction. Using the Internet As An Instructional Tool is now available for download in WordPerfect 5.x (zip) and Adobe Portable Document (pdf) formats.
