hold gatherings to introduce Even Start Family Literacy (provide food appropriate to culture, interpreters, and a craft to engage adults while "slipping" program information into agenda
place native language brochures/flyers in community agencies, schools, hospitals and other health providers, places of business (e.g., supermarkets)
